Meet the Instructors

Stephanie Spencer is not afraid of hard questions. She loves moving towards the struggles of the human experience to help people find new ways forward. As an IEA accredited professional, she has spent years coaching individuals and teams from around the country, from major universities to local churches, from Fortune 500 companies to small businesses, and more. Time and again, she has seen the power of the Enneagram, imagery, and questions to open pathways for growth and transformation. Stephanie is a visual artist, nature lover, and author of the book, Out of the Box & Into the Wild: An Enneagram Journey through the Triads of Nature. Arielle Grant is a certified Restorative Justice Circle Facilitator, a trained Enneagram practitioner, certified and now teaching at Enneagram University. She is committed to her own healing through therapy, coaching, prayer, learning and other modalities of growth. She has a degree in Communication which equips her in the skill of language and storytelling, an integral part of naming our inner-narratives. Arielle has experience in story-work which is rooted in trauma-focused narrative therapy. Most importantly, she too is learning everyday what it means to live fully human in pursuit of freedom as a liberation coach, mindfulness mentor and contemplative activist. Course FAQs

  • A working knowledge of the Enneagram, including an understanding of your own type, is required for this course. While no prior experience with somatic work is necessary, an openness to body-based awareness practices will help you get the most out of the experience.

  • The course blends reflective exercises, guided somatic practices, and engaging discussions. You’ll explore nature as a mirror for personal transformation, engage in image-based reflection, and practice embodied awareness techniques.

  • Each module will include a mix of teaching, reflection, and practice, designed to fit into a busy schedule. Expect to spend approximately 30 minutes per lesson engaging with the material. There are 4 lessons.

  • This course is self-paced and includes video content with interactive exercises and a workbook of reflection questions and imagery.

  • A printer for the pdf, a pen, a comfortable space for somatic practices, and occasional time spent outdoors (if possible) will enrich your experience. No special equipment is required.
